"The idea of one-size-fits-all is antiquated—it’s just not realistic in the modern world. Like DNA, your needs are uniquely your own. When you’re looking to fulfill your needs, you need someone that will approach your needs with what’s tried and proven, and what will work best for you. My innate discipline is creativity. It’s what I applied to my clients in advertising, and it’s what I will apply to your real estate solution. I watched my parents be creative in securing their first home with a group of friends, and turn that home into multiple homes. What I took away from watching them is that wherever there is will, there are multiple ways to make dreams come true. My only goal is to help my clients turn their real estate needs into dreams."
Simeon knows New York. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island, his stomping grounds stretch from Suffolk County to the beaches of Coney Island. He studied Fine Arts as a child, Mass Communications at the City University of New York and flipped that experience into a creative career in Advertising working on brands like Nike and PNC Bank at top tier agencies. Now as a Real Estate Salesperson, he never has a shortage of creative ideas to help buyers and sellers win on both sides of the table.
